Behind the scenes of an Oversize haul to Sedro Woolley, WA.
It was another busy day for the team at Elite Transportation Inc. as we hauled oversized infrastructure to a job site in Sedro Woolley, WA totaling an impressive 13 runs!
The work started the night before with a preload in the thunder and rain, but that didn’t stop our crew. By 6:00 a.m. the next morning, everyone was ready to roll and get the job done. From the drivers to the crane operator, the entire team worked together to keep every load on schedule and on track.
One of the biggest challenges of the day came on the trucking side. After turning around on a dirt road, the drivers had to carefully back the oversized loads down the road for six-tenths of a mile to reach the job site. It took patience, precision, and plenty of teamwork to make it happen safely.
Once on site, the crane operator made quick and smooth work of unloading each piece, working closely with the crew to ensure everything was handled safely and efficiently. The team kept things moving so there was enough time to head back to the customer and get ready for the next run.
Despite the long day and challenging conditions, everyone had a great time. And this time, we even had our social media gal along for the ride to capture the action!
